PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING TIME

We currently ship to Poland.

Estimated delivery time to Poland is:

  • 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method unless free shipping promotions are active.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

PuzzleVase is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

PuzzleVase is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
